I have been singing foot rx nothing but praise since they helped me get my cross fit shoes. Today I went in asking about turf cleats and the lady that greeted me was nice but the guy she asked questions to was a total dick and was absolutely more interested in the hot girl than the returning customer. Tried asking the right questions but certainly not to the right person. Treated me poorly enough for me to walk out. Rolling your eyes and giving the "whatever" attitude sucks. Don't worry I won't return.
This is an amazing store with amazing people who work there. I am an adult woman with very small feet, size 3, so they special order my sneakers for me. I buy new ones every 6 months. They know me by name and have been helpful to others I have sent there. This is the only place I have bought sneakers for the past two years and the only place I will ever go. I highly recommend the store to everyone!!!
Scott was "Excellent" with me..note the capital "E"!!! I had an inkling that it was time for custom orthotics and that was his suggestion. I shy away for 'supports', but as a fifty stater, I have quite a few more marathons in me. I feel much more confident now , knowing that Foot Rx is nearby! Great, great , great customer service!!!
Just wanted to say thanks to Joshua. Fitted me with new shoes and now I am pain free in the knee!
