I ordered custom orthotics online through Foot Plus and was initially skeptical about the impression kit process. But it turned out to be super easy, and their instructions were clear. The orthotics I received feel solid and supportive.
The podiatrist we used was very knowledgeable helped my daughter and myself out suggested what is needed in our orthotics 5star. Michael is very knowledgeable as well and a pleasure to deal with when it comes to the orthotics and fitting on the machine.
What a horrible experience I had today visiting this place. Podiatrist was very pleasant and knowledgeable and has suggested special kind of insoles, but on my way to do the measurements, an owner of the shop interfered and abruptly removed insoles from Podiatrist and requested her to change for another insoles . I insisted to have insoles, suggested by Podiatrist , but the owner ,Michael wanted his way!!?? I have never heard that owner of the shop can contradicts Podiatrist advice!
