I am a track athlete that has one sesamoid (bone right under big toe “ball of foot”) in half and the sesamoid in the other foot is in thirds. I also experienced 4 stress fractures across my metacarpals in both feet. Although my stress fractures healed I still had issues with pain in my sesamoid.
