Customer service is not available to answer any questions when orthotics were produced incorrectly after 3D scans had been taken. Orthotics had to be resubmitted for correction taking two months processing time.
Roughly 35 years ago, my healthcare provider determined I needed orthotics. The physical therapist took molds of my feet & a few weeks later I had a pair of orthotics sent from Foot Management. Over the years I bought three more sets & have had them refurbished several times. Two years ago, new hip pain led to a determination that my legs were not the same length, so FM added a 1cm booster on the heel of each left foot unit. Highly recommended my feet have never been managed so well. It’s like Heaven on Earth.
I am a track athlete that has one sesamoid (bone right under big toe “ball of foot”) in half and the sesamoid in the other foot is in thirds. I also experienced 4 stress fractures across my metacarpals in both feet. Although my stress fractures healed I still had issues with pain in my sesamoid. I have used their turf toe plates to avoid surgery. It worked great in my cleats. I was still able to play soccer.
