Well, all I can say is, this is the most terrible and unserious company I have ever bought staff from. Somewhere last year in November I made an order of timber land boots size 13 and made a return couple of days later to the ups store near cause the boots were bigger. I made a different order that same day of a smaller size which is size 12. Thinking I was a going to get a refund after couple of weeks or a month but never did. I've sended a package for the return at OCTOBER and guess what? They still did not process the return. It's THE WORST return experience I have ever had. I have to text EVERY WEEK so EVERY TIME they would tell me another s2pid reason why its not processed even at the same day they')) change the reason. Please, if you read this DO NOT EVER buy ANYTHING from footlocker its a scam company.
