I ordered pants online, they didn't fit so I shipped them back to this warehouse for a return. They shipped them back to me indicating that the pants were used and worn and refused to issue me a refund. I had never worn the pants except to try them on and all the original tags are still on them. After calling support one of the supervisors Jeff was completely useless even though I had pictures of pants that are in perfectly new condition and still refused to issue me a refund.
