Poor customer service. They wouldn’t accept a shoe return purchased less than 24 hours prior and unworn. Drove to Washington Square mall location and returned with no issues.
Waited for about an hour today at 3pm and none of the workers came or offer to help
Workers were quick to help, and knowledgeable.
Compré unos zapatos en la tienda de a lado unas sandalias y después visitamos la tienda foot locker y una empleada nos perseguía por toda la tienda haciéndonos sentir incómodos y acosados y al salir nos dijo que teníamos que pagar los zapatos que compré en la otra tienda y le mostré el Ticket y los zapatos que no eran de ahí . Muy mala experiencia
