I would like to say thank you to Gloria and her team!! We had an amazing experience!! My daughter’s fiancé was accepted into the officers program with the Air Force on a Tuesday, and they made the decision to get married on Friday. We had 3 days to plan a wedding. Our experience was very similar to a lot of these reviews. I would not recommend this establishment.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I took my daughter to this place looking for prom dresses. When I walked in I was greeted by a huge German shepherd who was chewing on my niece shoe. Every-time my niece picked up a dress the store worker snatched the dress out of her hand. Telling my daughter the dresses were too small for her when she never fitted her to know. This place is very racist I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I recently visited the new Footlights Boutique location at Palmer Park Mall, and it was one of the worst shopping experiences I've had. I went in to browse and get some ideas for prom dresses, but things quickly took a turn. A pushy woman approached me, asked about my school and other details, and then rushed me into trying on dresses she had selected. She made me leave my shoes, phone, and jewelry outside, which was annoying since my small necklace wouldn't interfere with the dress. The fitting room had a tiny curtain that ... read more
