Was such a good a massage! My partner and I popped in for a spontaneous Neck, Sholder and Back massage each. They where so busy and at first my massage felt a bit rushed (but they guy was fantastic, so firm it felt great) but then he swapped over with a lovely lady called Chen (I think he was getting me started untill she was free) and she was incredible. The experience you receive is VERY hit and miss. I've had a massage where the guy was very knowledgeable and obviously trained. But twice now I've had a woman with no clue about the musculoskeletal system and literally elbowed my back for 30min. She barely used her hands at all, and missed one whole section and side. She jumps around all over the place, no clue what she's doing, just using her elbows. If i could give 0 stars i would. Had to pay extra $5 for oil to be added in the massage. No skill in massage at all. Just smacked my back really hard and it was done several times in an hour. The massage itself was very painful. Not even a warm towel used to wipe off the excess oil but instead, they used paper towels. The head cushion had a smell on it and is also flat which is very uncomfortable. Came to the massage place with no pain in my body and just wanted to relax but I came out with body pain instead.
