Lady at front desk is incredibly rude and unprofessional. The office technology is antiqued as well, receipts and prices are handwritten on paper and prices have no consistency. Any insurance submissions are not done electronically and you will need to ask for a hand written receipt yourself to mail into your provider. Even their appointment scheduling is done on paper, not sure if they even have a computer. Dr Drummer is awesome. He is professional, compassionate and kind. When I had my foot surgery he explained the process from beginning to end. He called me and made sure I was ok after the surgery was done. He really cares about his patients and the progress they are making. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.
If I could rate him zero stars I would. He has terrible bedside manner and is extremely unprofessional. Every time I went for an appointment he would complain about his morning surgery or take phone calls on his cell phone. One particular instance, he refused to see me without X-rays. I had called him 5 days prior to this appointment and asked if it was necessary to get the X-rays before. He said it wasn't necessary to have the X-rays for my appointment and that I could easily go after. When I showed up for my appointment, h... read more
