I went for my pre-op appointment in April, sat in the waiting room for an hour before staff said anything. There was a phone call from doctor, then let everyone waiting all appointments were canceled and someone would contact us in about a week. This was a Tuesday and my surgery was on Monday. To this day haven’t heard from anyone from the office. Its been over a month and no call no explanation. Nothing from the office at all. When you call you cant get anyone to answer. Now building is for sale.
Horrible place to do business. Does not return messages. Avoid at all costs.
Dr. Majewski is pleasant enough, but the aftermath of the visits, i.e., the very obviously outsourced insurance billing, and the inability to speak to anyone at the office over the phone, is enough to encourage me not to go back.
