VERY disappointed in how I was told he's done many of tendons and then while doing procedure he said not sure if this would help. I was told to buy boot and I did only to be told to use the sandal. No money back. When I had to go back for follow up he didn't use a splint he cut a bandaid in half to use instead . Then he said he'd smooth out calluses but then changed that to I would have to make appointment. All sounded good until actions proved louder than words. This clinic is more concerned about money than their patients. I was forced to pay for a set of shoe orthotics, even though I knew my insurance covered them. The doctor told me that was his policy until insurance paid him, but ASSURED me I would be refunded. Well, my insurance indeed covered them and paid his clinic in full. Despite this, they have not refunded me for the orthotics, even after multiple phone calls. I gave up and finally just filed a dispute with my credit card company.
