poor customer service. i called them and lady answered “call later i am outside” i called at their clinic phone number .
They are frauds. I visited this place for orthopedic services. They told me that I have to pay first then I can claim by myself from my insurance and tell don't worry we are here if my claim is not approved we'll refund my full amount. I paid them $500 and when I claimed from the insurance company they refused it. Then I called Harjeet Juneja and informed her about the refusal of the claim, then she told me to visit the office for further assistance. But when I visited the office she was not in the office. Worst service and they remove ethernet from their pos terminal and ask to pay by cash or interact. They do not provide any doctor note as well. Looks like a big fraud.
