Very poor service. Have never had them arrive at the scheduled time. The first time I had to call to find out if they were coming as they were a hour late. Lori was running late but no phone call to say this. The last time she did not show up at all for scheduled appointment with NO phone call. Then I attempted to reach them on phone 2-3 times with no response or call back. My mom is 94 and needs me present so I end up waiting while she gets upset at the wait.
Thank you to Lori for the ease of scheduling an appointment for my Mom while residing in another Province. Lori did a great job communicating availability and price. Huge THANK YOU to her foot care nurse, Eric! He was early, explained what steps he would be taking, was extremely professional and took his time to ensure there was no harm done while cutting her overgrown toenails.
