Dr. Heppler is thee BEST! I wanted to share my positive experience. From the moment I went in today, the staff and doctor made me feel welcome. I called Friday, explained my issues. They were able to schedule me first thing Monday morning. Dr. Heppler fixed the problem and educated me on how I can take better care of my feet. I am diabetic, so that is important.
I love this podiatry practice! No matter which office we go to, staff are super friendly and accommodating! I bring special needs clients here and the doctors are all very compassionate and helpful! If you're shopping for a new podiatrist, look no further!
Went here three times and needed a note for all 3 visits. Only 1 note for one of the visits ever made it to the school. When I called for them to fax it again, I was told they would. I never received it. I called to ask if it could be emailed and they said it's hard due to how they keep files. This is the year 2025, not 1972. They can mail it and it take a week or so to get to you or you can drive an hour to get it. They also wanted to bill me up front although I am covered.
