2019: Friendly but not recommended. Examination was very preliminary and my consultant used the *very* old fashioned method of putting my foot on a foam block to make an indentation. No computer analysis or casts. The initial orthotics crippled me! It took a few weeks to get another appointment and the small adjustment didn't make much difference. Their paperwork was not sufficient to be covered by my insurance. So $600 wasted.
