New owners-have been co I g here for almost 5 years .We booked a a group of 4. Second time we did this. The staff was friendly but two times during my massage , the woman got up to answer phone in lobby and then again to help a customer interrupting me and my friend next to me.Very unprofessional. I’ve come here a few times and usually had good experiences but I went with a friend last night and it was not that. I felt rushed and it was not a pleasant experience. Today I am sore and there’s a pain in my neck where her elbow was digging for some time and when she twisted my hips I have lower back pain. When we went to pay you put in your own tip amount when paying with card and they watch you on the kiosk. She didn’t like my too amount and told me to do it again. Extremely rude. I have bees going here every other week for 3 years. I really like the new owners. Very nice. Today was not the best because it was loud in the lobby so hard to relax and three different people massaged me and while they were all good, it was disrupting because they would talk as they were changes places. I will still come here but I hope this does not happen again. This place really is a treasure to me �
