This is one of the most friendly, helpful office I have been to EVER. The staff bends over backwards to be helpful and answer all your questions. The doctors are great and I was extremely happy with my visit. Have recommended this office to multiple friends and they have been very happy also. I read a review from someone that was not happy with their orthotics along with the fact that they stated they were given a lesser quality product. This is one of the best medical offices I have been to in a very long time. Not only was I happy with my visit I was happy with the way I saw other patients being handled. The front desk was pleasant and very helpful. The assistants in the back area were friendly. You can tell the employees actually like working in this office. The doctor I saw was great, informative and told me every thing to expect, cost of orthotics, etc. Very very please and would recommend this office to anyone.
They did a great job. I am walking much more comfortably now. This was my third podiatrist and the ONLY one who really helped with my problem
I use orthodics to correct my flat feet for back pain. Since I was a kid I had problems. I bought orthodics from this office who stated they were a preferred provider for BS/BC. Under my plan 70% of the cost can be recovered, however they did not state that their orthodic manufacturer is NOT a provider until after services were rendered and paid. Also, they billed me for the more expensive pair and gave me the lower quality product. It was only helpful for a short time, and I suspect it is because of the poor quality. I swit... read more
