Review in reference to the North Bethesda, MD clinic however the issue is directly with the corporate billing office: They continue to incorrectly bill my insurance as an active duty military family, sending me payments to pay. Called numerous times but continue to get sent bills/payments to pay for one visit. They told me they will tell the billing department that they are billing me wrong but I still get payments sent. I am very active and trusted this practice of doctors. I had a failed bunion/hammertoe surgery. After the practice was paid (a few weeks) and the surgery clearly had not helped the problem, but was actually making the problem much more painful. I paid thousands of dollars, and many months (so far) unable to do my work or normal activity. I am beyond disappointed. I called to complain and they gave me names of other podiatrists.
