I chose this office because it’s closer to the Jersey City location, and I found the doctor to be very kind and professional. However, I had a disappointing experience with the assistant, who seemed to have a negative attitude, which isn’t ideal for a new patient. Additionally, it felt like the office was more focused on selling orthotics and offering extra services like wrapping my foot and taking X-rays, rather than addressing my main concern and visit to the office in the 1st place, which was simply to have some calluses ... read more
I received excellent care and customer service from the entire staff and the doctor. They were able to address my issue very quickly at my first visit and clearly communicated what my recovery would entail.
