My wife set me up for a free consultation. I spent about 10 minutes asking questions, then stated I would have to think about having the procedure done. The next day I received a bill for around $160, my wife gave a call about the free consultation. I'm very disappointed on the run around we are getting about this bill.
Terrible visit and a waste of my time. I left basically in tears. I was given xrays that I did not need as I had them in the last year. The doctor never examined my feet. I was told only very basic information of which I have tried x 5+ years. No other options at present time despite being in a lot of pain. I was told I would be given exercises. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr Kriedberg and I showed up early to check in for my appointment to do the necessary paperwork with that. I was then brought back to the room to see the doctor and had mentioned in passing that I saw a doctor for the same issues a year ago, and then they asked me to find the paperwork for that. After looking through my email for 5 minutes I was not able to find anything on my last visit with a different doctor at a different clinic a year ago. Dr. Bevin had corrective shoe inserts made for me that have made every step I take infinitely more pleasurable — and my toes are starting to look a lot less gruesome too.
Great experience with Dr Moeller. Go to him for excellent foot care.
