Dr Gorenshtein Is wonderful but the staff is lacking. The surgical nurse takes weeks to call back and once in the office to go over the info before surgery she was nothing but curt and has horrible bedside manners. My husband was shocked on her service. I’m also been waiting for over 2 weeks now to get pain meds called into Walgreens to no avail. No one calls me back, the receptionist only transfers to vm.
