Very helpful and tentative to my needs, concerns, and question. Very thankful they were able to help Me get back on my feet
The billing office and schedules are very rude. I paid my balance of 41.82 on Mar 4th and they refused my follow up service due to the payment wasn't posted in their system yet. The lady basically hung up the phone in my face. The billing department lady talked to me with a nasty attitude.
