I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I walked in, paid my copay, and was then told I needed to pay an additional $350 just to have a simple procedure done on my toe. I have had BCBS PPO insurance for many years, and I have never been asked to pay that much upfront for such a minor issue. This was my first visit to the clinic. The staff was very personable, attentative and speedy. Dr. Patel explained situations in detail. I will definitely be using them for all my podiatry needs.
