So I like the doctor that I had seen thought she was very beautiful. She looked like a California girl and me being a West Coast girl thought that was neat but anyway all the ladies are really nice. They told me the scheduler would be contacting me to schedule my surgery mind you they just charge my insurance for my visit plus charge my insurance for The insoles. $400 Then would end up charging my insurance for the surgery but yet to get the surgery, I have to pay them $150 for her to tap her fingers into the computer to add... read more
