16 yrs ago Dr Lim saved my sons life. At the time he was the youngest baby he had operated on at 9 days old. That number has since been beat serval times over. I’m not sure he ever leaves the hospital. I’m grateful to his family for lending him to all of us who need him. He gave us the worst case scenario about our son’s lung. I would not recommend Dr. Lim. I felt like he did not take our concerns seriously. I felt he had his mind made up regarding our son even before he met us, and that he spent our appointment convincing us why our son should not get surgery with the attitude of "I'm the big shot dr" so listen to me. I also felt like he was almost scaring us away from surgery for our sons issue, rather then actually looking at my son individually and trying to determine what would be most beneficial for him. We had a very good experience with Dr. Lim, pediatric MD at Cincinnati Children’s. He performed our daughter’s umbilical hernia surgery. The day of the surgery he went over the procedure pre and again post surgery. His team, and the doctor himself followed up in the weeks post surgery to understand if recovery was on track or if we needed assistance.
