In reply to the Hammerdown Grill: We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. This customer applied to the BBB to resolve his allegations. However the BBB resulted in Premier Custom Concepts Inc. maintaining its A+ rating and Hammerdown Grill, Mr. Bailey dismissed his complaint. However there are some customers that cannot be satisfied.
