Im a meatcutter for Whole Foods. We use knives that are supplied and serviced by Food Prep Solutions. We get new knives evey Wednesday,by Fri ,Sat knives are dull as butter knives. Not a reliable service.
Formerly Holly parts and service. We have been using them to service and obtain parts for our treif lion/puma slicing machines. They are the go to group in our area for parts and servicing of our treif machines.
