I don't shop at food max very often but I did few coupon trips there recently with no issues. The employees are very helpful and NOT rude like other stores. I will be going back definitely . And cashiers are very friendly . Melissa that helped my cousin and I late night . and Anthony manually punched in all my mfqs today... bless his heart ��

They are so helpfull. Everyone of them from upper mgmnt. To the latest new hire. Floors are clean easy to shop an u can check yourself out. They even have a badged security so you feel safe in the parking lot. Thank you foodmaxx

The Food Maxx on Paradise Rd. Is not a "service friendly" store. It is hard to find an actual employee on the sales floor for service or to ask questions. Most of the employees do not wear name tags or wear store logo aprons so it is difficult to distinguish who is an employee from a shopper if you need their assistance. Also there is usually someone panhandling for money in their parking lot. The Food Maxx at Carpenter Rd and Briggsmore is a lot better to shop. Go there to shop. I love the prices. They price match other stores and you can go at any time. Early in the morning, before 6 am, is the best time for me.
