Following a Black customer out of the store right after he bought (and bagged) 96 items because you (allegedly) just wanted to make sure he had a receipt is NOT quality service.

why is this store so understaffed? I literally quit shopping here 10 years ago for the same reason. stopped in to see if things had changed. nope. 2 cashiers, lines that were 10 or more people deep. I'd love to shop here. the prices are great. I refuse to shop in a store where customers don't come first. why aren't managers and supervisors checking?

I usually have no problem with this store in fact it's my go to store except when they have giant lines and only 2 cashiers .... but today i was extremely disappointed when i went with my son and mom and i saw a customer try and ask one of your employees a question she was rushing and didn't take the time to actually assist him and kept asking him to repeat himself and then in front of everyone said " i don't even understand you are you even speaking English" and walked away.... i saw the sad look on the poor man like he had... read more
