This market is absolutely fantastic. They have a spectacular variety of products that I haven't seen elsewhere. The staff is beyond nice and super helpful. This is like a small town grocery store you'd see in movies. Prices are fair as well. I can't say enough good things about Pringle Creek market. I go every weekend now and I love it. Their fruits and veggies and meat are super fresh and they have a fantastic variety of things other stores don't have.
Pringle Creek Market in Whitby sells 'fresh' meat that has caused me to have an upset stomach and diarrhea on too many occasions . The expiry dates on the meat do not indicated how safe the meat is to eat. Today I bought pork back ribs that were labelled as not expiring until April 1, and today is March 27. When I opened the package, the ribs were very slimy and smelled rancid. I threw them away rather than risk getting sick again . The producer is so top notch that it beats other retailers easily. In fact a lot of items available in this supermarket are absolutely great quality and top value
