I’ve shopped here since they first opened, many years ago, and I’ve never had a bad experience. I’m surprised to see any negative comments on here. I would totally recommend Killen Foodland.
will curtail my business with them ..one thing to have a cashier walk by you and clear their throat...yet something else to hear them complain to another worker as you turn to leave....very rude!!! will try to stay away ...left the store furious...🤬
Today , as sometimes happens with me, I had trouble finding some items I rarely use. Needed cases of some of them. I had four of the most helpful young men I have ever met. Byron, James, Eric and another young man who chased down a whole case of white chili beans. Please ask around to see who he was. This is not an unusual thing at Food Land , Killen. the worst customer service and management
Picked up 2 salads. Asked for dressing. The man at the counter said one. Redic so just put them back. Not friendly.
I have been going to this location for over a year because it’s convenient to my job. At first the hot food bar was great. Now the food isn’t in temperature it’s always bland. And the service sucks. When you say something to the lady making the food she gets a attitude not wasting anymore of my money there.
