I had a really disappointing experience at this store. The shelf price for an item was clearly marked but when I got to the cashier I was charged double When I pointed it out I was told the price had changed in the system but not on the shelf because apparently “prices change daily” and they can’t update the shelf tags every time! That’s not acceptable As a customer, I should know the correct price before I pay, not after. Worst customer service ever I have seen guys … they are so aggressive and rude to their customers don’t go there
Terrible customer service. The old man at the counter was incredibly rude and dismissive. I simply asked a question about a product, and he responded with an attitude like I was wasting his time. No greeting, no patience, just pure rudeness. If you don’t want to help customers, why work in retail? Definitely won’t be coming back. Management needs to do better with hiring people who actually have basic manners.
