Love my Grotto... artfully crafted, sturdy and perfectly made. Also smart, very space efficient in a great way. I highly recommend!
Non-existent customer service. Ordered a Christmas gift on 12/13, was immediately charged on 12/14. Was supposed to ship on 12/18 and arrive on 12/24. Nothing by Christmas, finally heard that the item had not yet been processed or shipped so I asked for a refund. It has been impossible to get any answer about this nearly two weeks and many many emails later. Perhaps the company should spend more on customer service than all their fancy marketing.
