Fried rice and chicken lo mien tasted like old fish. Ordered sweet and sour chicken, both times the sauce was in the bag not in the container. Staff not friendly
We ordered almond chicken, which I’ve had at other restaurants in the Metro Detroit area. This was awful. It was really salty. The pieces of meat were thin overly thin. The breading was kind of not really good not really thick or not much meat inside. they put it on a bed of vegetables most places they put it on a bed of lettuce with some almonds on top, it was awful. My main issue is the food. The guy at the desk was cool. First I've been eating almond boneless chicken since I was a kid...from plenty of places...NEVER have I had such awful "gravy". I'd honestly classify as a "sauce " if anything. An extremely salty and straight up soy saucey tasting sauce. The chicken itself was decent. Good for a quick lunch or dinner but has definitely gone downhill as to food. Some dinners have a large amount of celery in them. The sweet and sour shrimp dinner lacked the pineapple chunks that used to be in the sauce. Eating leftovers the next day make me suspect a mild degree of food poisoning.
Took my kiddo and 9 of her friends there as part of her birthday celebration. The staff was so accommodating and kind. We added to our order as the kids wanted more dumplings and other items and they accommodated with no issue at all. The food was absolutely delicious.
