Best brownies I have EVER had, they're a cross between brownies and fudge. OMG!! The cupcakes, homemade marinara; I have never had anything that disappointed. Chef Bryce makes me look good, every single time.
I recently mentioned to Bryce that I was unable to find good BBQ in our area and he was kind enough to provide me with the best pulled pork I've had in years. It had just the right amount of smokey flavor, moist and tender. And perfectly rounded out with burnt ends. The sauce was to die for, he also included coleslaw and rolls so I could make North Carolina style sliders. I can't wait until I can get some more. Would absolutely recommend this for any BBQ lovers, it will not disappoint.
I have purchased several of Bryce’s jars of homemade red sauce. It was his grandmother’s recipe. It is divine, absolutely delicious!
Chef Bryce made our 40th anniversary so special . We were able to have a wonderful dining experience in our home with our adult kids. Chef was flexible in serving when my daughter, her husband and their10 day old baby could arrive; he did not rush the meal and was amicable to serving according to our timeline. We had a delicious 4 course meal and the items were prepared perfectly. i would certainly use him again in the future for another occasion. I think perhaps we would like to try some of his Italian cooking!
UPDATE: We recently celebrated another special family occasion with Chef Bryce’s BBQ menu! Again, the food was delicious and the service outstanding. We would not hesitate to recommend his food and attention to detail. And, we will certainly work with him again for future special events.
