Literally gave me raw chicken
Good food and friendly staff. Photo is their Ackee and Saltfish, festival, curry goat with rice and peas. Overall rating 10/10 delicious! The Best!
Overall, I would rate the food a solid 6. Oxtails were ok. Looked way better than they tasted unfortunately also had a lot of fat on them, paid $25 for just oxtails no sides.
Best Caribbean food in the area!!! Price is unbeatable for the portion! The food (EVERYTHING) is outstanding and so flavorful! I had the oxtail, stew chicken and stewed whiting…. ALL AMAZING! 🤩 Thank you so much! You will be seeing a lot of us!
The funniest thing is, in the Poconos, every business is closed for almost half the week from Sunday to Tuesday. Finding this spot was a pleasant surprise. They had a full menu, not the typical "we nuh have dat" that is ubiquitous amongst the carribean cuisine industry. We had the Curry Goat but most of all, for a food court establishment, these folks were not only courteous but they had special menu items that were made to order and I took full advantage.
