Finally tracked down the DeadProof Pizza truck and it's an impressive setup for sure. They keep it simple by only running between 2-4 specialty pizzas, and their ovens deliver a finished product pretty quickly. Now onto the pizza: I got the one with "cup & char" pepperoni, whipped ricotta with some herbs, followed by a generous drizzle of chili infused honey. So excited Manchester has a food truck park. We ordered from THE SPOT TO GO FOOD TRUCK and it was so good. We had Beef Chalupa's and Dorito Nachos and full of flavor. Looking forward to visiting them again soon.
