Fantastic service from Food Trailer King! The team was professional, helpful, and easy to deal with from start to finish. The quality of the food trailer is excellent, and the attention to detail is impressive. They made the whole process smooth and straightforward, and I’m very happy with the final result.
What stared out well ended in a substandard product. Poorly put together from bad plumbing and gas fit out. Not giving better advice when upgrading. Seem to have just cut corners and made a expensive purchase a ongoing repair job from new. Disappointed is a understatement.
Absolutely 5 stars, I am so happy with my Mid Plus 3.0. I found Matt and his team very professional and great to work with on my order, even when I was an over excited customer looking forward to the arrival of my new trailer. The Good Shepherd Catholic Parish purchased a food van for the youth group to use for their fundraising. From the start of the plan until the final design and delivery, Matt and his team are exceptional - communication was outstanding from updates, answering questions, making changes and very transparent with everything. The food van itself is exactly as how we wanted it and definitely reflects the high standards that Food Trailer King takes pride on. All we need now is some colourful designs to make it prettier.
