I previously worked for FSS in marketing. One of the best career positions I've ever had. Founder, Mitch Johns is a brilliant forward thinking CEO who is continuously reinventing the way kids/ parents purchase lunch. His team genuinely cares about their customers and FSS had a long history of excellent service.
there is no proof that this company has a customer support dept. I have been on hold for 55 minutes and an email will get a casual response days later. This company is a money taking sham. My deposits are missing, and there is no one to speak to about it.
