I had an issue with my freezer didn't get cold. I called Food Service Equipment to take a look. They told me the first hour was $150, which would apply toward the service charge. They came out the first day for less than 10 minutes and determined my Controller Kit needed to be replaced. They went home to order the part and came back to install it for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I got the invoice they charge me $150 for the 1st 1/2 hour of service. They charged me again $150 the same day for the 1.15 minutes instead of 10 minutes.... read more
These guys do a great job!!
I’m so grateful to these guys, they saved our business! We are a beverage shop with a broken ice machine that wouldnt make ice, no one could fix it, we spent so much money on buying ice having folks come look. Just before I was about to drop another $3-4K on a new machine, found these guys, they came out next day, found the problem, ordered the parts right away, fixed the issue the next week, and now our machine is running smoothly making ice again. They are truly the best!
I’ve purchased lots of equipment here for my food truck and also my cafe. Lawrence is great. He is always helpful and answers all my questions. Unfortunately last time I purchased a commercial freezer just a couple months ago, when it was delivered it was too big to fit through our only door at our retail location. The two delivery drivers said they have to take doors off all the time to fit equipment through, but they had not previously taken apart my type of door, which is a standard retail door.
