We recently used FSC for catering, and they absolutely over-delivered! The food was incredible—tender, flavorful brisket and perfectly cooked salmon that everyone is still talking about. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and right on time. Michele was an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, attentive, and made sure every detail was handled so we could enjoy the evening without a single worry. Thank you, Michele and the FSC team, for helping make our event such a success! Highly recommend!
FSC has failed me. I was never properly trained for my position. My district manager was never available for my concerns about work. I never had coverage to take an off day. I requested PTO months in advance and my request was completely disregarded! I reached out to them for extra working hands and was also denied; the account was a 6 day work week year round with 1 chef.
