FSC has failed me. I was never properly trained for my position. My district manager was never available for my concerns about work. I never had coverage to take an off day. I requested PTO months in advance and my request was completely disregarded! I reached out to them for extra working hands and was also denied; the account was a 6 day work week year round with 1 chef.
