Extremely poor service and unprofessional behavior. My unloading appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and I checked in early at 8:15 AM. It is now 1:00 PM, and I am still stuck waiting at the gate! Zero respect for appointments, no welcome, and no customer service skills whatsoever from the staff. Completely disregard drivers' time. Absolutely not recommended

The only respectful person in this place was the gentleman working at the gate in the morning. He treated drivers like human beings. Everyone else was unbelievably rude, incompetent, and completely unprofessional. My appointment was at 7:30 AM, and I wasn’t checked out until 4:30 PM. Nine hours to unload only four pallets!
