Awful experience — extremely long unloading times, and both the check-in lady and the guard shack employee were rude and unprofessional.

This place should be studied on how incompetent these workers are , been here since 8:15 AM for 9am appointment it’s now 1pm and they haven’t touched my trailer yet. Ask the employee with pink hair about my 9am appointment and she rudely replied we don’t go by appointments however if you try and show up earlier than one hour before your appointment you’ll be turned away.
The only reason for the 1 star is the guard at the gate. He was great. Been here 2 and a half hours. Just got unloaded waiting on paperwork for 2 plus hours after they finished unloading me. What a waste of time. I've had some long waits but this is ridiculous. Shouldn't take 5-6 hours to unload and get paperwork.
