I read the horror stories about this place and maybe I just got lucky! Security check in did take a little longer than most but wasn't bad. I arrived 45 minutes early for a 6 pm appointment was assigned a door, backed in and checked in at capstone for unloading. I was pulling out security at 7:45 which I didn't think was bad at all! everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I would give this place zero stars if I were able to. The guard shack employees are extremely rude and would not allow me to stay on the premises for 3 hrs until my 10 hr break was over ( it took 7 hrs for me to get unloaded and receive my paperwork ) These people wouldn’t even have jobs if it wasn’t for us and they treat us horribly.
