This store is open whenever it feels like it. I went there 08/27/25, around 10:00 a.m., when it was supposed to be Open - it was Closed. That has happened before. They also charge $4.00 for a gallon of water now. Go somewhere else, up the street to the convenience store if you can.
At least a nice as similar convenience store gas stations in San Bernardino and maybe a little nicer.
