The way he described the receptionist doesn’t match anything I’ve seen or experienced. She’s always been calm, respectful, and patient in every interaction I’ve had. Again I stood infront of you for 15 mins . Not a single word was spokent to me up until that point. Abbotsford location is terrible, houses are poorly managed, people are relapsing all the time. It’s not a safe place to recover and their harm reduction housing have people “running dope” through then it’s like a legal dope house.
