We used Food for the Soul for both wedding catering and planning, and it was one of the best decisions we made. About a month before our wedding we unexpectedly lost our original venue, and Tina stepped in and helped us find a new venue, coordinate vendors, rentals, timeline, and everything needed to pull the wedding together on short notice. We cannot say enough amazing things about Food for the Soul and especially Tina. She handled both our catering and day-of coordination, and truly went above and beyond in every possible way. Just days before our wedding, we had to make a last-minute venue change due to weather, and Tina was the absolute calm in the chaos. We used Food for the Soul for our destination wedding on Maui and it was a HUGE hit! We opted for traditional luau and our guests raved about all of the food. We opted for a buffet style so folks could get what they want and the charcuterie board for cocktail hour was a hit! I’d highly recommend if you are doing any event on Maui.
Food For the Soul went above and beyond to ensure that Maui Prep's financial aid benefit was successful. The food was incredible and the staff was attentive and willing to pitch in however they could help, even if it was something that wasn't totally in their purview. I had guest after guest remark how delicious the menu was - the prime rib, chicken marsala and shrimp fettuccine were a hit! I would 100% recommend them to anyone else that was looking for a caterer and will 100% use them again.
