JUST PAY MORE AND AVOID THESE GUYS IF YOU CAN I really liked them as people when I met them. Food trailer works, but some things they promised turned out to be false, and the build quality isn’t worth the cost they charge you. 1)Ozzy had told me (ON CAMERA so don’t try and reply saying this is a lie) that my 2 x 120v generators could run in sync and operate my 240v dough mixer because he wired the electrical in the trailer to do so. We had an amazing experience working with Food Concept! Brenda and Oswaldo the owners are awesome. From start to finish, their team was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process of building and modifying our food truck. I have a trailer these guys built and it's absolutely top notch. Customer service is bar none. Had a couple things that came up and they stepped up no down time. That I didn't create. If you go somewhere else it's your fault. Step up and just stay out of what I service. Jk competition is the job.
Not good customer service trust me.
I brought commercial small freezer $1540 They didn't open box for customers. They charged lot for freezer the owner asked extra money to open box.I really don't suggested to go there anybody,they had poor customer service.Overall had bad day for me.
