I love food city pharmacy in Lenoir City, Tn. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Kudos to the pharm. staff!
The food city pharmacy in loudon are rarely friendly. There is a lady there who can't even greet when helping me she doesn't even make eye contact, just grabs my insurance card and literally no comments or a word from her. The worst customer service ever. I wish I knew her name to expose her, she's not so young so it sure if she's just overworked or what.
