prices too small and it is confusing what the real price. It is easier to shop at Walmart and I usually go there when I shop.
Food City is overall just an exquisite, top-notch, amazing grocery store! I haven’t found a single competitor that even comes nearly close to the service I get at this store. It is honestly mind blowing how nice and friendly all employees are that work at these fantastic stores. Prices are very low considering they run sales all the dang time and I definitely appreciate that as a shopper who loves saving money!! I have recently made a trip to this store to buy some sake as a host gift for a party I was going to and had my (underage) brother with me and even though I was of age (several years over 21) and had my license to prove it they wouldn't sell it to me because he wasn't 21. To say the least it was awkward and the woman in charge of the registers (it was self checkout) handled it rather unprofessionally and rudely. There were people around and it was just uncomfortable. Some employees are rude the cashiers just look at me an my boyfriend like we aliens cuz he black an I'm white racist bunch of cashiers....
Good service people are friendly and very neat and clean I always know where things are I want to get and need
I love everything about our South Williamson store foodcity the management is great the employees are awesome! I spend 300.00 every week would shop no where else and it sets next to Wal-mart
My husband is an employee and has been treated badly. They begged him to stay when his hours were cut (he wanted to transfer) now since he agreed he is being given less than 10 hours a week and being belittled by store management. Terribly ran store that always claims they don't have hours for hardworking employees. Sick of their lies!
We are vendors from Va. We needed assistance and Sean and josh at this store went out of their way to help us! We're big food city fans and this one in Rogersville is set up beautifully!!! We work for VPC which supplies a lot of the produce. It was nice to see pictures of our hardworking local farmers in the produce section. They provide the delicious produce Food City sells!
The guy doing the floors here last week was so disrespectful cussing his wife n his employees... not very professional.....
