They do their job…they accomplished the tasks that were ask of them… But not Niceley and not politely in any way shape or form. They all run around with this hateful look on their face and their customer service is severely lacking… The main guy back there looks at you and just looks super judgmental the whole time. Just a couple weeks ago I went to get my 17 months old 2 medications, a week into taking them he was not getting any better so I took him back to his doctor. After discussing with his doctor, we discovered that the pharmacy labeled his medications wrong and that was why he was not improving. His doctor literally said “I have no idea what they have him on so we are stopping all medications and a completely different medication will be sent in” I told the pharmacy tech all of this when I back to pick up the new medication and ... read more
