I have been going to Food City pharmacy for the past 10 years. Last week I had the unfortunate experience of meeting the new pharmacist Riley D. He was so unprofessional and rude that I was forced to switch pharmacy. Very sad that he was placed in a position that he is simply not able to do. Unfortunate
Good drinks but not very friendly
I recently moved to Kingsport for residency and found it stressful trying to get my medications filled here. Food City Pharmacy went above and beyond to help me, especially Dr. Diep. As someone who is still relatively young and hasn’t had much experience navigating transferring care like this before, I was incredibly overwhelmed.
