I just went to pick up my medicine. An employee asked for my ID I asked why...he said it was Tennessee law. I asked since when; he and the male pharmacist said for years. I said then why hasn't anyone there ever asked me before. They then the both of them couldn't count a whole $1.68 then told me I needed to give them .02 cents then they gave me back change...I commented that they couldn't count. Had what I needed OTC in stock an easy to find.
Everytime I go to pick up prescriptions there is a problem. Most recently they said my prescription didn't get called in by the Dr. So I made sure to verify with a nurse that they were in fact called in on Jan 30th. Because of the lie they told I was off my meds which are detrimental to my health and was told that a mistake was made. There is a difference between lying and making a mistake. This pharmacy is a joke.
