I am grateful beyond words for this Food City pharmacy. I am navigating a period of time in my life that has me asking lots of questions pertaining to the medicines I am taking. Riley has been an absolute saint helping me, answering any questions I have and addressing any concerns. I never feel rushed and always receive all the information I need. I don't know what I would do without him and the rest of the pharmacy staff.
I just went to pick up my medicine. An employee asked for my ID I asked why...he said it was Tennessee law. I asked since when; he and the male pharmacist said for years. I said then why hasn't anyone there ever asked me before. They then the both of them couldn't count a whole $1.68 then told me I needed to give them .02 cents then they gave me back change...I commented that they couldn't count.
